Our experienced engineering staff is available to assist in your product design, while keeping in mind the balance between cost and function. The Engineers welcome the opportunity to use tube & wire form fabricating technology to replace existing components with substitute components made of cost-effective tubing or wire.
We pride ourselves in our ability to save our customers money by matching the proper tooling with the required targeted volume. Customer ideas and proposals are the foundation blocks for design.
Our Engineers at Alternative Components LLC have worked with many types of customer component information sources, ranging from simple hand sketches to CAD solid models. Tools, equipment, and fabricated tubes are engineered to customer product designs on our in-house CAD stations.
